Green Curry Curry

BF is out tonight playing poker with co-workers so I am alone at home eating by myself. I cooked Green Curry Pork from using this amazing Thai Green Curry Sauce I found at T&T. (2 cans for $3.17) We always stock up whenever we go grocery shopping. The cooking instruction is on the back of the can and super easy. I improvised with the following: (you can add anything you want)

Cooking Ingredients:

1 lb Pork Tendenions
1 ea Onion
1/2 lb Choi Sum
1 can Green Cury Sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Cut the Pork into small cubes and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Then add oil into a hot pan (or wok). Place the pork into pan and cook until there's no more redness in the meat. Add the onions and mushroom and cook until the onion is transparent.
At this time, open the can and pour the sauce into the pan. Turn heat to Low-medium and let it simmer until you see bubbles. Place the Choi Sum stem into the sauce and let it cook until it softens. Then place the Choi Sum leaves into the pan and let it cook until soft.
Pour the sauce over rice and enjoy!
The whole thing takes 15 mins to make only. The sauce is already cooked so you just need to cook the meat and let it simmer with the sauce to add some curry taste to it.
