Haven't be able to add new entries over the past two days because I was sent to complete some training for work : )
Not going to bored you with my training stuff but I am going to tell you about the food I had during my 2 day workshop though : )
Rose Reisman Catering is the company that catered our breakfast and lunch at the training workshop. Rose Reisman is a Registered Nutritional Consultant and a cookbook author who has been providing nutrition meals for many corporation over the last 10+years.
Since I was in Training, so I didn't bring my camera along but this is what we had for breakfast:
Day 1:
Light muffins and loaves
Crossiants, Bagels
Light crunchy granola
Yogurt
Fruit Salad
Day 2:
Egg Frittatas w/ roasted red peppers or panfried potatoes

Fruit Platter
Yogurt
This is our Lunch menu:
Day 1:
Red and Green Leaf Lettuce
Tandoori Chicken Breast with tomatoes and light mango chutney spread
Tabbouleh (I think) with lots of corrinader/parsley
Cookies, Brownies and Squares
Day 2:
Caesar Salad
Orange Dried Cranberry cous cous Salad
Variety of Sandwiches (I saw smoked salmon too!)

I am used to packing my own breakfast and lunch so it was a real treat getting my meals catered.
Based on the company website, it seems like they have lots of major corporation clienteles. Overall the food was pretty good. Everything was served in room temperature so I was kind of disappointed. I like food that are pipping hot! But I guess it's hard to prep for hot food when the company doesn't want to pay a lot of money for our lunch :P
