Marley, but on books

Earlier, I wrote two entries about 'Marley & Me'.

First- it was after I watched the movie with Jennifer Aniston & Owen
Second - after bf picked up the book from the library and I started to read the first chapter

Now I am writing my third entry about this little (oops, I mean Big) yellow lab. dog which his owner has named him 'Majestic Marley of Churchill grogan etc..etc....' aka 'world's worst dog'.

I'll start off with something good. This book is a very easy read. The author (aka Marley's human dad) used simple terminologies and anadotes which kept me at the edge of my seat chapters after chapters.

I couldn't stop picturing Jennifer A. as I was reading the book. Marley's mom also name Jennifer so that probably didn't help.

The movie definitely captured a lot of the major events that took place in the Grogan family household. But the book (IMO) is better because it took you as a reader into their lives. Each chapter is short but sweet. John did not spend too much time explaining the little minor details. He would give you a good overview and then moved onto something else more exciting. Afterall, he had to jammed 13 years of Marley's life into a book.

If you ever find this book available in the library, borrow it. If you see this book in the bookstore, buy it for you or someone you know who loves dogs. This is something everyone would enjoy. Heck it only took me <>
