Headache, mirgraine... what's the difference?
Headache is a condition pain in the head.
Migraine happens in unilateral location, pulsating quality, moderate or severe intensity. But migraine is also the most common form of headache.
***The above 'definition' is taken from wiki. I got to be polite and quote the resource la ***
Well today at work, I started getting this funny feeling. I was typing an email and the letters started looking a little wierd. So I decide to take a break. Luckily, the tech guy also came by to fix my laptop so it gave me a chance to chat with him a little bit. and honestly the main thing i was thankful for is that it got me off from starring at my monitor.
so anyway, that was about 11:45am.
By noon - the pain was still there. I decided to grab my lunch and hoping my headache would be gone by then.
At 1:30pm - the headache continues, popped an Advil. Hoping to have the headache disppeared fast.
2:00pm - Loi Sun came by, headache continues. He is nice so he told me to head home if I need to :)
2:01 - 2:59 - Working and holding my head to stop my pain.
3:00pm - Headache finally GONE!!!
3:01pm - 5:00pm - Work and decide to call it a night! Not going to work OT tonight.
******
so now it's the end of tonight, I think I head a minor migraine when I thought it was a headache!
Good night la! Need to sleep early.

Yikes, headaches are no good. I get really bad tension headaches, but I don't believe they are migraines. You should go see your doctor if you get them often!
