Well, I've done it. I've cried (not the waterfall kind) while watching a cartoon!

Yesterday, we (my bf + I) took two of his second cousins to watch the new Pixar 3D movie 'Up' at the movie theatre. It was only 11:00 a.m. but we saw a pretty long queue at the ticket counter when we arrived at the theatre. We knew everyone was lining up for the movie b/c we saw big kids + lots of small kids.

Personally, I HATE watching movie (especially in an enclosed and dark environment) with babies and kids. However I was quite suprised there was only one time where a kid was causing trouble and everyone else was all little angels :)

My friend from HK was telling me this movie is only out in North America so I am not going to write a lot of details about the movie (hehe, don't want to spoil it for anyone la). Instead I can share this with you. If you dont' want to fork out extra dough to watch the 3D - then don't do it. Honestly, there were portions in the movie where they didn't put any 3D action in it at all! *sigh* I only found this out b/c I was trying to balance both the 3D glasses and my own glasses.

Overall I give it a 3.5/5 *****
